Vitamin B12 may help with nerve activity, brain and heart function, and correct digestion
Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) Lozenges - An essential nutrient for your body, brain and overall health. Promotes correct digestion, vitality and high-energy levels
- Can help support healthy brain function
- Can help maintain energy levels
- Can help aid and is involved in correct digestion
- May enhance mood and promotes correct nervous system function
- Can help promotes healthy homocysteine levels, which is linked to heart health
As a vitamin, B12 is needed for normal nerve activity and brain function. Low levels of vitamin B12 may leave you feeling dull, tired, and depressed. Vitamin B12 is also required for correct digestion, and together with vitamin B6 and folic acid (vitamin B9), helps keep homocysteine under control - high levels of homocysteine may be a risk factor for heart disease and memory loss.
Vitamin B12 is present in almost all animal foods, including dairy products and eggs, therefore, vegetarians and vegans may need to take vitamin B12 supplements, as they will be more susceptible to dietary deficiencies.
Vitamin B12 deficiencies tend to occur most often in elderly people. As we age, stomach acid levels begin to decline - approximately 10%-30% of individuals over 50 may have low stomach acid secretion. Low stomach acid secretion may result in decreased bioavailability (absorption) of vitamin B12 from food.
To help overcome this food-linked malassimilation, supplements containing vitamin B12 or foods fortified with vitamin B12 may help meet daily requirements.
Vitamin B12 may facilitate the metabolism of folic acid, (400 mcg is already found in this vitamin B12 supplement), and is another B vitamin - both are involved in DNA synthesis.
Vitamin B12 interacts with vitamin B6 to regenerate the amino acid, methionine, which sequentially helps support the maintenance of already healthy homocysteine levels within normal ranges, which is linked to heart health.

I found dissolving the product under my tongue annoying..It does however taste nice, but I don't think I would purchase as I prefer to take this necessary supplement in a multiple vitamin..I would be concerned that taking it in addition could result in me
Really pleased with this product, although it is early days I can say I have already noticed a difference in my energy levels. Being a vegetarian I am aware that I am prone to a lack of B12 in my diet however this product has definitely made a difference
I don't know why but while I was taking these B12 tabs my hot flushes were much much worse. I stopped taking them and they went back to the usual frequency and heat, I will give them another go and see if it happens again.
Just started to use them.
I thought the Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) tablets received were ok
Pleasant flavour easy to use product . Excellent packaging
