Delivery, Returns and Refunds

General Terms

My Optimal Wellbeing will endeavour to ensure that any priced item on the Website is available for delivery per the notified timescale on the Website. Any item that requires a price to be quoted cannot generally be ordered online.

Any order placed by you will only be treated as an ‘offer to purchase the goods or services from us’ and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge and accept that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website.

The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is completed last.

If a product is unavailable i.e. due to sudden demand, we may contact you to agree part delivery or offer an alternative in-stock product substitute. My Optimal Wellbeing may offer ‘bulk’ or ‘bundle’ discounts on some product lines and prices will be automatically calculated when choosing the product quantity.

Quantities can be adjusted by you when viewing your basket. You can check out as a guest; however, creating an account allows you to manage your account, earn bonus points, see your purchase history and set your personal details and preferences.

DELIVERY TIMES

As standard, My Optimal Wellbeing offers a ‘Free Delivery’ option (subject to minimum stated order values) and aims to deliver orders within the shortest timeframe available (deliveries always exclude weekends as part of the delivery cycle).

In the event My Optimal Wellbeing is out of stock of a particular item, we will call and agree the best options to allow us to send to you as soon possible. My Optimal Wellbeing accepts no liability for non-next working day delivery and will not under any circumstance compensate for said non delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES

The delivery charge is calculated by the total price (and weight) of the all items ordered and this charge is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for you. Should your order qualify for Free Delivery, any calculated delivery charges will be removed at the checkout.

Additional charges within the UK apply for shipping to the Channel Isles or Scottish Isles, Ireland & Scottish borders, or preferential / international shipping.

The only exception to this is if a blood testing kit is ordered. As these are supplied from a 3rd party laboratory, Free Delivery is not an option as this charge is not imposed by My Optimal Wellbeing but the 3rd party. The price for special delivery arrangements (including return delivery costs to the laboratory) are included in the purchase price.

Delivery costs (Send and Return) are added when selecting the blood test and before going to the checkout so in the event that you are also ordering other products, the value of the blood test ordered (including delivery charges) will be added to the overall value of your cart to ensure you qualify for Free Delivery on any other products you buy.

RETURNING NON-FAULTY GOODS

Any consumable item that has been opened or used will not be accepted for refund or exchange, except if unfit for purpose, injurious, or faulty.

Should you wish to return goods which have been ordered incorrectly or classed as non-faulty, we will accept requests returns up to 14 days after you have received the goods, where the received time for the goods starts from the date you have signed for the goods (signature from courier service is recorded for reference).

We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsellable condition (e.g. damaged after delivery). The cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer. We will only issue any agreed refund once the returned goods are received by us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are sealed, in a satisfactory resalable condition and have not been used.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If packaging appears to be damaged on receipt, this must be noted with the courier during delivery and notified to My Optimal Wellbeing without delay. My Optimal Wellbeing will replace such damaged items as necessary after discussion and confirmation. You are advised to take a photo of the damage as soon as possible after delivery to back up your claim. When goods are signed for by the purchaser or appointed receiver, the customer inherits the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which was specified when the order was placed. My Optimal Wellbeing accepts no liability for non-delivery, late delivery, or the cost of re-sending goods that have been delivered correctly to an incorrectly specified delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order up until the point immediately prior to the order being dispatched. This will however depend on the time of day the order was placed. A typical cut off point would be 15:00 hrs on the day of order. It is in your interests to contact My Optimal Wellbeing as soon as you know the order is to be cancelled.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any payments (including delivery charges) made by you will be refunded in full. If the order is cancelled after the goods have been dispatched it will be dealt with as a 'return'.

You will be fully liable under the returns policy stated above for delivery costs incurred.

REFUNDS ON RETURNED GOODS

For payments made by Debit or Credit card, refunds are automatically made directly back to the payment method used. In other cases a credit may be posted against your account (where applicable). Orders paid for by cash will be refunded by Company cheque unless otherwise stated.

EXPORT

My Optimal Wellbeing offers multi-currency payment options. Your bank or payment facilitator may apply surcharges for paying in a foreign currency.

We will deliver throughout Europe however in the event that a particular country does not allow delivery of certain products, these products will be blocked from purchase at checkout.
